Deleted that because I shouldn’t have said it was laundered through. But USDC was used. But yes. We agree.

This isn’t cypherpunk though. They have full control. I wouldn’t be making this argument for bitcoin or Ethereum or whatever else. If this were uniswap there’s nothing you could do. Immutable smart contract. This is something different all together.

Ehhh. The entirety of crypto twitter watched in real time over multiple hours as hacked funds were laundered through USDC. Thats not subjective. Theres a line somewhere before we accept that letting Lazarus walk away with hundreds of millions of dollars is jus

I get it. All the legal stuff is tricky. But as is often the case with legal stuff. It’s missing forest for the trees. My view is simply the common sense approach. Unfortunately common sense doesn’t always win legally.

Alert strategy ideas

  • Use this as an intraday signal stream: frequent posts can create repeated reaction windows for momentum and mean-reversion setups.
  • Build theme-based alerts around "bitcoin", "what", "crypto" and map those to the sectors or instruments most exposed to that narrative.
  • Use the peak posting windows (21:00-22:00 UTC and 16:00-17:00 UTC) to tighten monitoring during likely headline clusters.
  • Pair instant post alerts with your execution checklist so you can react during the first market repricing rather than after social commentary spreads.
