This isn’t cypherpunk though. They have full control. I wouldn’t be making this argument for bitcoin or Ethereum or whatever else. If this were uniswap there’s nothing you could do. Immutable smart contract. This is something different all together.

I get it. All the legal stuff is tricky. But as is often the case with legal stuff. It’s missing forest for the trees. My view is simply the common sense approach. Unfortunately common sense doesn’t always win legally.
